What is braso de oro?

Braso de Oro (Golden Arm) was the ring name of Jesús Reza Sánchez, a Mexican professional wrestler. He was born on March 31, 1948, in Mexico City, Mexico. He began his wrestling career in 1970 and competed primarily in the Universal Wrestling Association (UWA), one of the major wrestling promotions in Mexico during the 1970s and 1980s.

Braso de Oro was known for his distinctive gold-colored wrestling attire and his technical wrestling ability. He was a former UWA World Lightweight Champion and won numerous tag team titles during his career. He also competed in the United States for promotions such as the World Wrestling Association (WWA) and the National Wrestling Alliance (NWA).

Braso de Oro retired from professional wrestling in the early 1990s and passed away on January 28, 2006, at the age of 57 due to cancer. He remains a beloved figure among Mexican wrestling fans and is remembered for his contributions to the sport during its golden age.
